Welcome to My Reset Years

Most mornings start the same way around here: the rush of getting my 11-year-old out the door on time while living in 399 square feet, cats underfoot looking for a meal, and me trying to convince myself that stretching counts as exercise.

This little corner of the internet isn't just about tiny living, although living small has absolutely changed me. It's about what happens when you reach a point in life where you start asking the bigger questions.

What does middle adulthood look like?

How do I want my life to look in the second half of my life?

Can I get healthier without turning my life into a punishment?

How can I improve?

Somewhere between rising grocery bills, trying to take better care of myself while raising a family, and realizing I can no longer bounce back from bad sleep like I did when I was 22, I started craving a quieter and more intentional life.

Not a perfect life.

Not an influencer's life.

Just an honest one.

Living in a small space has forced me to rethink a lot of things!

Here you'll probably find:

navigating tiny living

realistic health goals

thoughts about getting older

Oregon's nature and slower living

financial rebuilding

and honest moments from someone still figuring life out, in real time.

This space is for rebuilding quietly. Improving imperfectly. Learning as we go.

Welcome, friend!
